Space Agency NASA needed to develop a foam material to help combat the effects of the extreme G forces when the space shuttle left and entered the earth’s atmosphere. This was to protect the seated astronauts from the extreme pressures of g forces. The result was memory foam. This is leading edge technology and has revolutionized the mattress and bedding industry.

The beauty of memory foam (also known as Visco/Vasco/Tempur) is how it responds to body heat and will mould to suit each individual’s body shape and therefore provide for extreme comfort and a blessed nights sleep.
