OUR ACOUSTIC FOAM RANGE

CUTFOAM CLASS ‘0’

Class ‘0’ is the top of its game in reducing sound whilst meeting a much more stringent fire classification than any of foam on the market today.

Many standard soundproofing solutions lack the required sound absorption at the troublesome low frequency range or won’t meet the fire safety ratings needed to be used in public areas. Cutfoam’s Class ‘0’ achieves it all, giving unrivalled sound absorption at high, mid, and low-frequencies, as well as being fire resistant, anti-bacterial and designed to meet the stringent requirements of British building regulations. Full sheet size 1m x 2m

HEXAGON TILES

Hexagon Tiles are an incredible innovation by Cutfoam. Different depths of the tiles not only help to break up and defuse the sound whilst lowering the overall frequency of sound in the room, but they also aesthetically pleasing on both walls and ceilings. Using Cutfoam Class ‘0’ foam in Hexagon Tiles ensures it is safe to use in all public spaces.

EGG PROFILE FOAM

Egg profile foam is typically used as a sound treatment for reducing echo and deadening sound, in areas where sound bounces off of the walls, ceilings and floors. It is widely used in recording studios, but our egg profile foam is ideal for a variety of locations, including noisy restaurants and open plan offices.

PYRAMID FOAM

Our top of the line pyramid foam is typically used as a sound treatment solution for reducing echo, and deadening sound. Typically used in areas where sound bounces and echoes around a space off of the walls, ceilings and floors. Like egg profile, this type of foam is commonly used in recording studios. We profile our own acoustic foam, so you can achieve the look and audio effect you wish with your own tailor-made acoustic foam. Our pyramid foam differs from the egg profile foam as the size and shape of the pyramids can be customised to suit you, which is not possible with egg profile foam.

RIDGED PANELS

Ridged panels are typically used as a sound treatment solution for reducing echo and deadening sound. They have similar properties to both egg profile and pyramid foam, but their appearance differs, with the linear form creating a pleasing finish and can be used I tile form, or longer strips.

ACOUSTIC BASS TRAPS & CORNER TRAPS

Our acoustic bass traps and corner traps are acoustic energy absorbers. They are designed to dampen low frequency sound energy with the goal of lessening low frequencies and resonances in rooms.

COLUMN WRAPS

The advantage of an Acoustic Column Wrap over a Base Trap is because it is in the middle of the room it picks up sound from all directions and intercepts the noise bouncing off all the walls. We are proud to have provided this solution within some of the UK’s most prestigious establishments, including gyms, bars, restaurants, social spaces and public areas, creating eye-catching acoustic wall designs.
