We have vast experience in creating large 3D foam letters, numbers and logos. We can also create bespoke letters, numbers and logos in polystyrene, wood or foam logos and signage to pretty much any size or spec you can imagine. Whether wall-mounted or freestanding, we can manufacture a single design, or multiple items for you and even do the installation if required. Manufactured at our factory in the UK, from the highest quality display grade foam or expanded polystyrene, with a flame retarding additive.

OUR PROCESS

All of the foam letters that we ship out to you is handmade to order and finished at our UK factory by the skilled Cutfoam team. This is how we can assure the highest quality and finish to all of the foam letters that we produce. With our CNC foam cutting facilities we are geared up to do large runs of any item, however complex it is. If you need 10 or 10,000 letters cut for your event, we’ve got it covered.

COATINGS & FINISHES

Our letters, logos and signage can be supplied in foam (recycled chip foam works beautifully in this way), unfinished natural polystyrene, or wood. Or they can be finished by coating with paint and/or glitter to the RAL or Pantone® colour of your choice. The bespoke rubber spray coating developed by Cutfoam has proved a huge hit with our customers, creating a durable, waterproof surface in any RAL colour, including metallic finishes of gold, silver and bronze. ANY SIZE, ANYWHERE

Whether small, medium, large or giant foam letters, we can ship to you both nationally and internationally using our network of couriers, plus an in-house team of delivery people. Packing and delivery methods will vary depending on the size and style of the foam lettering. Often we pack your finished foam letter or logo into the foam sheet that they are cut from, keeping them secure for transporting to you. For certain giant letters, we may need to use a combination of bubble wrap, polystyrene packing sheets and cardboard. We don't like waste, so being economical with packing materials is always on our mind, and we don't want you to have too much packing material to dispose of, though we want to make sure your large foam letters, logos or signage arrives packed safe and sound!
